Let it Go
Lallan: Come to me only when you have no one else.
Lalli: Why do you always try to monopolise me ?
Lallan: monopolise you? You are not an object. I was just expecting the kind of loyalty that I had for you. If you consider it monopoly, I too am giving you monopoly over me.
Lalli: It's not the same. Your loyalty is to your logics, not to my needs.
Lallan: My loyalty is to justice, truth. I can't do what is unjust. I'm loyal to your true needs. You are a child. You do not understand your own long term needs. Needs are those the fulfilment of which makes life greater, enhances self-respect and gives long term joy, makes world a better place for everyone to live in. Momentary pleasures are not needs, they are addictions, they make you hollow, not enrich you. Addictions are self-sabotaging.
Lalli: I'm a breeze - Spontaneous, unpredictable, untimely. I flow at my own pace. You want to build a fan to keep me blowing towards you continuously with the help of electric current. You want to reduce me to air. A breeze is much more than air, it has a soul of its own, its own will, its own dance.
Lallan: You manufacture logics out of thin air. You're smart. I'm just asking for you to introspect yourself and decide for yourself whether you need an Earth to anchor yourself to. I don't want to force anything onto you that doesn't fulfil your long term needs. My pushes were only attempts to enable to me confirm with satisfaction that this is what your real need is, it was my way of testing that you are really sure about what you are doing. You might be a breeze, I don't want you to lose your soul. But, I don't want you to suffer from unnecessary storms that come on the path you take. Your unabated enthusiasm takes you on paths which are thrilling for you, but not always good for others. "These violent delights have violent ends." I don't want to reduce you to air, or to constrict you through three blades for my pleasure. I want you to be the warm morning mountain breeze, one that melts the snow on everyone's farms and brings joy to poor farmers in a weather otherwise difficult and chilly.
Lalli: A storm has its own role to play, a sweet breeze it's own. I've had my own strays. And, I'm learning to navigate rightly. I hope to grow like Elsa, the princess of Arendelle. Constricting my nature doesn't help me, it only leads to unpredictable eruptions. I want to let it all go, can't hold back anymore. I hope to learn to befriend my superpowers to create beauty in the world. I'll need all the help I could gather to make that a reality. I'll need you too.
Lallan: Time will tell where it goes. I pray for you to be well always - today, tomorrow and forever. May you walk a path that's right for you, and the world.
Lalli: Time will tell where it goes :) Wait and watch. Don't worry about me. Work on your farms. I won't be able to do any good to you when I come if you don't sow those raspberry seeds you've kept.
Lallan: I don't want to lose those seeds to storm again. They're a rare specie. It would be a disservice to humanity if I fail to keep this specie alive for future generations.
Lalli: Do your duty, without attachment to the outcome. Focus on what's in your control, stop worrying about what is beyond your sphere of influence. Take the risk and sow those seeds when you're ready. Let fate decide their future. For once, surrender yourself to fate.
